My wife Jean (a self-employed genealogist) and I have spent almost 30 years investigating the Fanthorpe family history and have organised two large Gatherings.
Having now taken early retirement, after a professional career in Local Government and then as a Schoolmaster teaching Geography, History, Sociology, and Archaeology to Examination Level, I am collaborating with her to publish the book of our research.
